Uses of Digital Advertising
Digital advertising, also termed digital signage, dynamic signage and narrowcasting, uses LCD or plasma monitors to deliver dynamic messages through videos, photos, maps, tables, plans and text.
It allows a far larger number of products or services to be displayed than can be displayed by conventional printed advertising methods and allows narrow shop windows to advertise a wide range of items. It works well to attract hotel guests as it allows them to view rooms before booking and allows restaurants to show the range and quality of their cuisine. Hair salons can display hair styles, real estate agents the houses on their books and public sector agencies can show the services they provide. The uses of digital advertising displays are limited only by our imagination.
