Terms and Conditions of Sale:
The following are terms and conditions for the sale of goods that will govern any contract for sale that we enter into with you the consumer. Please read these terms and conditions carefully. These Terms and Conditions tell you the rights and obligations you have. You may have other rights granted by law and these Terms and Conditions do not affect them. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Purchasing from us:
To purchase from us you must be over 18 years of age. Currently, we ship to the uk but can ship to international addresses by special arrangement. By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods at prices and terms as stated, and allowing us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying goods (including passing your details onto couriers and other subcontractors). We will not use your details for other purposes without asking your consent and you may ask that your details are removed from our system by writing to the address above. We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed acceptance of your order - Your order is deemed accepted when you receive a confirmation for despatch of goods, this is when the contract is made. You do not own the goods until we receive payment in full. If you discover you have made a mistake with your order please contact Customer Care immediately. Please do this before we confirm your order. If you order software from us you will also be bound by the terms of the software licence supplied with the software.

Product images displayed are for illustration purposes only and may differ from actual products received. EZshow endeavour to supply goods as per images shown, however manufactures do vary design and packaging and we reserve the right to supply identical items with alternative packaging without prior notice to the customer. EZshow endeavor to supply correct information for all its products but can not guarantee the accuracy of third-party obtained technical information listed on our website.

Product Conditions

New - Items will be new and will have the Original Manufacturers full warranty.

Prices and Payment:
All goods are priced inclusive of VAT at the Applicable Rate, unless otherwise stated. For out of stock items, delivery dates given are only estimates. Prices are shown in UK pounds sterling and will be billed in UK pounds sterling. If your credit card company operate in a different currency, your credit card company will convert payment from UK pounds sterling to your local currency at their current conversion rate. All prices and offers are subject to change, and availability. Prices are checked regularly, However, whilst every effort is made to eliminate errors in pricing, sometime errors do occur. If prices on web site are shown higher than actual selling price - we will make adjustments and charge the correct price to you, if prices on the web site are shown lower than actual selling price - than we will at our discretion either - a) contact you, cancel your order and refund your money, or b) contact you to confirm if you wish to proceed with the order at the correct price. - Subject to not selling below our cost price. The purchaser is liable for any additional local state, country taxes, import duties or copyright levies, should these arise.

Credit Card Security:
Once you have gone through our checkout, you will be diverted to our protected secure online payment system with our credit card processor, Paypal. Your credit card information will be held in protected SSL secure servers, at Paypal We will not have access to your full credit card details, and we will not release information regarding your credit card. Your credit card details will only be used for transaction authorised by you.

(IMPORTANT NOTE: customers using Switch should supply a "Start/Issue Date" and an "Issue Number" for the card where applicable, as well as card number and expiry date.)

Cooling-Off Period:
By law you have the right to cancel any order within seven days of the day after the item is delivered to you. The right to cancel does not include certain goods or services i.e computer software if they are unsealed by the consumer. You need to write to us at :

and inform us you wish to exercise your right to cancel your order and fill in our Returns RMA form, get a RMA number and return the item to us. We will refund your money less any delivery costs, All we ask is please take care of our goods, ensure all items are complete are in their original packaging, unused and in resalable condition. For your protection, please send items back well packaged and using a recorded delivery service.

If you do not return the goods within 21 days of cancellation we will collect the goods from you at your cost and will deduct the cost of collection from your refund, or if requested we will arrange collection of items at your cost.

Once the procedure as above is followed correctly, all monies paid for cancelled goods will be refunded within 30 days from date of cancellation.

Please note: It is a legal requirement that you take care of the goods and you are responsible for the carriage costs of returning goods to us unless we delivered goods to you in error, or if goods are faulty.

Delivery:
EZshow orders are delivered within seven to fourteen working days, subject to the following.

On clearance of payment, Ezshow.co.uk will endeavour to dispatch all orderswithin fourteen working days by courier delivery service or Royal Mail.

We aim to deliver goods to you within the time scale indicated but we cannot give an exact delivery time or date. We also may deliver the goods in several consignments, but will not charge any extra delivery for this. You will be informed by e-mail when your goods have been dispatched from our warehouse.

Please contact us immediately by telephone on 01273 735829. If you do not contact us within 2 working days from date of receipt, we may assume your goods have been delivered in perfect condition.

If we have not dispatched the goods within 30 days of expected delivery then you may cancel the contract. We will refund any monies paid by you.


If our couriers attempt to delivery your goods and no recipient was available to take delivery, they will take your goods back to the local depot and hold your package for up to 3 working days; if the package has not been successfully delivered within the time given the order will be returned back to us and classed as a failed delivery. If your order has been classed as a failed delivery, we can either re-send your order (at your cost) or a refund will be issued for the order less any delivery costs incurred by us.

Damaged or defective goods:
You should inspect your goods immediately upon delivery for defects, damages or shortage. Please note images used on our web site are for illustration purposes only and may differ from actual products received. If you find any defects or damages you must inform us by writing to us as soon as possible and we will arrange the return of your goods, either to us, or the manufacturer. Warranty on all items, are RTB (Return to Base) excluding items damaged in transit, (these will be replaced at no cost to you). If the goods are found to be damaged or defective prior to delivery to you, we will repair or replace the goods or refund the price paid by you.

All hardware must be in their original condition, at date of receipt. Any modifications will invalidate warranties for the hardware. Flashed or modified hardware using authorised or unauthorised firmware is done at your own risk, and we cannot be held responsible for your actions in doing so. You will be required to send faulty hardware direct to manufacturer, under the terms of their own guarantees, for repair or replacement.

EZshow.co.uk cannot be held responsible for losses or damages arising from failures of used or 2nd user goods supplied.

Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by this.

Returns:
All Returns must have an issued RMA number, accompanied by Returns RMA form (with all requested information clearly visible). Warranty on all items are RTB (Return to base), item(s) must be returned at your cost unless item/s are sent to you in error (this is non-refundable). All items suspected to be damaged or faulty must be returned and tested, if no fault can be found or suspected fault replicated, then the item/s will be returned to you at your own cost (a handling charge of £25.00 may be incurred for testing hardware items with no faults found) or a refund for the item will be issued and the item restocked (Please note a 15% handling fee will be applied). We will only send replacement goods upon receipt of returned items. Please read Important notes on RMA form regarding the above terms.

Return to:
To return any goods to us, you must first request an RMA Returns Form from us in writing. We will advise you which items will be needed to be sent direct to the manufacturers under the terms of their own warranties. For other items covered by us, you must fill in the RMA Returns form and we will supply you with a RMA No. Please ensure that you clearly label all goods for return with your Name, Order number and Paypal Transaction number. We advise you to print and keep safe a copy of these Terms and Conditions. Please send goods back to us using recorded delivery with insurance - we can not be held responsible for goods damaged in transit whilst returning to us.

Privacy:
EZshow.co.uk are aware that you the consumer are concerned as to what happens with personal information provided by you. We respect your privacy and treat all information as private and confidential, we will only use information supplied by you for the purpose of internal accounts purpose, delivery of goods, and for us to keep in contact with you from time to time regarding your order progress. We may also use this information for improving our quality of service and inform you of promotional deals we are offering from time to time. We do not and will not sell or release information provided by you to any other third parties, except when in connection with your orders, or in exceptional cases of debt recovery, unless required by UK law.

All Trade Marks, Photographs, Product Images & Logos used belong to their respective owners and we will comply, acknowledge and respect the owner's wishes as and when requested.
